At Vedic Jap, we carefully check every order before dispatch. Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, wrong, defective, or missing products.

📌 Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos. For damaged or missing products, an unboxing video is strongly recommended.

Rudraksha Malas, Karungali Malas, Crystal Bracelets, Rashi Bracelets, and other wearable spiritual products may not be eligible for return after delivery due to hygiene and personal-use reasons, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your claim is approved and verified, we will provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or suitable resolution, as applicable.

We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹599. We bear the shipping costs to ensure your Vedic Jap products reach you safely. If a delivery is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, we incur significant shipping and handling costs.

So, when placing your order, please provide a complete and accurate address and kindly accept the order when our courier partner arrives for delivery.

For Prepaid Orders: There is no order verification time. We will generally ship your order within 1 business day and aim to deliver it within 4–5 days, depending on your location.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Please allow 1–2 days for order verification, an additional 1 day for processing, and a few more days for delivery. In total, you should receive your product within approximately 1 week.
